Über Uns

Moin Moin...
und Willkommen bei unseren Bioland Welsh-Black Rindern in Munkbrarup an der Flensburger Förde.
Die Rasse stammt ursprünglich von den Britischen Inseln und ist damit bestens gerüstet für eine ganzjährige Weidehaltung hier in Angeln.
Sie lieben das Leben auf unseren vielen Naturschutzflächen und genießen die schmackhaften Wildkräuter und das Seeklima.
Sie benötigen kein Mastfutter und bekommen im Winter lediglich Heu aus eigener Ernte dazu. In Zeiträumen unschöner Wetterumstände steht ihnen aber auch ein moderner Offenstall zur Verfügung.
Ganze 3 Jahre genießen die Rinder ein völlig natürliches und entspanntes Leben in ihrer Herde.
Diesen Umstand wird euch, nicht nur mit einem guten Gefühl ein Steak genießen lassen, sondern ihr werdet es auch schmecken.
Durch das langsame Aufwachsen auf saftigen Weiden an der See, bestechen die Rinder durch ihr außerordentlich zartes und fein marmoriertes Fleisch.
Im Januar 2022 haben wir unseren Betrieb auf Bio umgestellt und haben uns 2024 Bioland zertifizieren lassen.
Wir genießen die Ruhe und die absolute Natürlichkeit dieser Imposanten Tiere.
